Dr. Pettis was extremely patient with her and put her (and me) at ease immediately upon entering his exam room. He provided so much information on how the ear, nose and throat are are connected and gave us a biology lesson on what was going on with my daughter. Upon leaving the office, my daughter stated she felt she was in an episode of The Magic School Bus! She felt empowered and cared for all at the same time! “

He speaks openly in terms that are easily understood. I leave the office knowing what the issue is and what he believes is causing the problem. On two occasions when I had worrisome symptoms appear, he offered to work outside of normal business hours so I could be seen! The front office girls are very nice and patient. “My Throat was bothering me for few months and I had urge to to clean it and causing discomfort and was bothering me. I was given a sinus CT in office during the visit and surgery scheduled within a month. The in-office CT was so convenient and really speeds up the treatment plan.
